Requirements
Must have:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (Software Engineering, Web Development) or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive expertise in PHP and Laravel.
- Proficiency in using Claude Code or similar AI-driven coding applications.
- Familiarity with AWS services, particularly ECS and Fargate.
- Experience in utilizing AI during product development.
- Knowledgeable in the LEMP/LAMP stack.
- Competent with Linux systems and Docker technology.
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL and MongoDB.
- Skilled in REST API integration and development.
- Proficient in version control using Git.
- Familiar with CI/CD pipeline setups, especially using GitHub Actions.
- Experience in writing software tests.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira.
- Strong time management abilities.
Bonus:
- Full-stack development experience (JavaScript, CSS, etc.)
- Quality Assurance experience.
- Node.js experience.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement new features and applications, mainly using Laravel.
- Effectively utilize AI development techniques to streamline engineering processes.
- Ensure the reliability and availability of backend services.
- Conduct peer reviews for pull requests.
- Proactively identify and mitigate security risks.
- Keep software packages and frameworks updated.
- Create and manage third-party REST API integrations.
- Enhance existing solutions for improved performance and cost efficiency.
