You will have the opportunity to influence strategic planning, investment prioritization, pricing decisions, marketing effectiveness, and long-term business performance across a global organization.

What You'll Do

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial performance management for multiple business units.
  • Own full P&L oversight, delivering actionable insights that support critical business and investment decisions.
  • Drive financial rigor around product investments, pricing strategies, deal analytics, and marketing ROI.
  • Develop meaningful performance metrics and executive-level reporting that influence strategic decision-making.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance managers and analysts while building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion process optimization, automation, and scalable FP&A best practices across the organization.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Strategy, Operations, Marketing, Product, HR, and Corporate Finance to drive business results.
  • Evaluate market trends and macroeconomic factors, translating insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.

What Makes This Opportunity Exciting

  • Direct exposure to executive leadership and significant influence on company strategy.
  • Ownership of large-scale business performance and investment decisions.
  • Opportunity to shape and modernize FP&A processes within a global organization.
  • Leadership of a talented finance team with a strong focus on development and succession planning.
  • Ability to drive meaningful impact across multiple high-growth business segments.
  • Blend of strategic finance, operational leadership, business partnership, and transformational change.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of progressive FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance experience, including leadership of high-performing teams.
  • Experience supporting complex, matrixed organizations, ideally within technology, payments, fintech, SaaS, or other high-growth industries.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Proven track record of driving business performance through financial analysis, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience leading organizational change, process improvements, and finance transformation initiatives.
  • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and planning expertise, with strong systems knowledge (Anaplan, Hyperion, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.).
  • MBA, CPA, or other advanced finance credentials are highly valued.

This role is ideal for a strategic finance leader who enjoys partnering with executives, leading teams, influencing major business decisions, and driving transformational impact across a growing global organization.
