Job description

Five Star Home Solutions is a nationwide, top-tier, real estate investment company (iBuyer) specializing in acquiring properties via direct-to-seller and direct-to-agent marketing campaigns. Our marketing engine generates a consistent flow of highly motivated inbound direct-to-seller leads.

Your responsibility will be to build rapport with sellers/homeowners, identify listing referral opportunities, and create positive customer experiences through strong communication and professionalism. You will also prospect and introduce real estate agents to our free investing partnership platform.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with warm inbound seller leads.
  • Conduct property research and high-quality discovery conversations to understand seller motivation, timeline, and property condition.
  • Build trust and rapport with homeowners through effective communication and active listening.
  • Evaluate each opportunity and determine an optimal sales solution.
  • Convert seller opportunities into listing referrals.
  • Explain our investment partnership platform to licensed agents and sign them up.
  • Follow up and nurture long-term agent relationships.
  • Make outbound calls during downtime to expand agent partnerships nationwide.
  • Manage and track all activity within a CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of daily call volume and pipeline activity.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $36,000/yr plus commission.
  • Expected Earnings: $60,000-$80,000 annually for strong performers; $80,000+ for top-tier performers.

Training & Onboarding

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of experience in real estate (sales, licensed agent, mortgage, or inside sales).
  • Extremely motivated, ambitious, and comfortable spending hours on the phone.
  • Naturally conversational, personable, and excellent at building rapport quickly.
  • Highly organized and self-managed while working remotely.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence.
