Five Star Home Solutions is a nationwide, top-tier real estate investment company (iBuyer) specializing in acquiring residential properties through direct-to-seller and direct-to-agent marketing. Our proven marketing strategies generate a steady flow of motivated inbound seller leads, and we are rapidly expanding our national real estate agent partnership platform.

We are looking for a high-energy, relationship-driven Inside Sales Representative to help us connect with sellers, identify listing referral opportunities, and grow our network of real estate agent partners across the country.

Compensation Structure

  • Base Salary: $36,000/yr
  • Exceptional commission opportunities
  • Expected Earnings: $60,000-$80,000 annually for strong performers; $100,000+ annually for high achievers

Training & Onboarding

Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with inbound seller leads generated through our marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct property research and high-quality discovery conversations to understand seller motivation, timeline, and property condition.
  • Build trust and rapport with sellers through professional, consultative communication.
  • Evaluate each opportunity and determine an optimal sales solution.
  • Convert seller opportunities into listing referrals.
  • Prospect and introduce licensed real estate agents to our partnership platform.
  • Educate agents on how our investment partnership model works.
  • Help agents sign up for our platform and understand the benefits of partnering with us.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with agents to create long-term pipeline opportunities.
  • Track conversations, follow-ups, and relationship activity in our CRM.
  • Maintain a high level of daily call volume and pipeline activity.
  • Represent Five Star Home Solutions with professionalism, urgency, and integrity.

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of experience in real estate (real estate sales, licensed agent, mortgage lending, inside sales, etc.).
  • Real estate license, preferred.
  • Extremely motivated and ambitious.
  • Comfortable spending hours per day on the phone.
  • Naturally conversational and personable.
  • Excel at building rapport with strangers quickly.
  • Highly organized and self-managed while working remotely.
  • Driven by performance, growth, and income potential.
  • Competitive, resourceful, and resilient.
  • Excited about real estate and investment opportunities.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
