The company's platform helps patients, providers, and health systems better manage asthma and COPD through smart inhaler monitoring, adherence tracking, and data-driven insights. This is a high-impact, fully remote role responsible for leading U.S.-based recruiting efforts, improving onboarding and candidate experience, and helping build scalable talent processes in partnership with hiring managers and global People & Culture leadership.
