This is a fully remote role. We are seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to support our growing portfolio of MedTech and clinical studies. You will have the opportunity to oversee studies from startup through closeout while partnering closely with sites, sponsors, and internal leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CRA experience.
• Strong exposure to med device, biotech, and/or pharma clinical trials, including monitoring responsibilities across the full study lifecycle.
• Self-driven, adaptable "utility-player" mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced boutique CRO environment where collaboration, autonomy, and problem-solving are highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA/IDE studies, and site management.
• Experience supporting implantable studies is preferred.
