Senior Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote role supporting a growing portfolio of MedTech and clinical studies. The opportunity to oversee studies from startup through closeout while partnering closely with sites, sponsors, and internal leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support a growing portfolio of MedTech and clinical studies.
• Oversee studies from startup through closeout.
• Partner closely with sites, sponsors, and internal leadership.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of CRA experience with strong exposure to med device, biotech, and/or pharma clinical trials, including monitoring responsibilities across the full study lifecycle.
• Self-driven, adaptable "utility-player" mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced boutique CRO environment where collaboration, autonomy, and problem-solving are highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA/IDE studies, site management, with experience supporting implantable studies preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for working in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
