Workday Absence Lead

Here at Focus Cloud we are currently partnering with a fantastic non-profit organisation based in Canada that is looking to bring on a Workday Absence Lead to support their ongoing journey. The client went live with most of the Workday suite early 2025.

Role Overview

• Lead on Workday Absence Management across a live environment
• Focus on stabilisation, optimisation, and enhancements
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve processes and user experience
• Provide subject matter expertise and best practice guidance

What we are looking for

• Strong experience with Workday Absence module
• Proven track record in post-go-live support / stabilisation
• Ability to identify and drive enhancements and improvements
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
