Here at Focus Cloud we are currently partnering with a fantastic non-profit organisation based in Canada that is looking to bring on a Workday Absence Lead to support their ongoing journey. The client went live with most of the Workday suite early 2025.
Role Overview
- Lead on Workday Absence Management across a live environment
- Focus on stabilisation, optimisation, and enhancements
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve processes and user experience
- Provide subject matter expertise and best practice guidance

What we are looking for
- Strong experience with Workday Absence module
- Proven track record in post-go-live support / stabilisation
