Requirements
- Education: All levels accepted, varies by study.
- Residency: Must be a current USA resident.
- Language: English proficiency required. Spanish is a plus, opening more opportunities.
- Skills: Ability to focus, follow instructions, and type at a minimum of 25 words per minute.
- Equipment: A computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection is necessary. A webcam may be required for certain studies, which often offer higher pay. Smartphone use may also be requested.
- Software: Microsoft Word or Excel can be helpful for organization but are not mandatory.
Helpful Backgrounds
Experience in Customer Service, Administrative Assisting, Sales, and Sales Support is beneficial but not required. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, including those with experience at Amazon, as customer service representatives, medical professionals, drivers, medical receptionists, and more.
Compensation
