Project Coordinator -- Hospitality Technology Implementations (Remote/Global)

We are seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support a large-scale hospitality technology transformation initiative. This role will work closely with hotels, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to coordinate the migration of property management system integrations to a modern cloud-based platform across a global portfolio.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at stakeholder communication, and has experience supporting technology implementation projects across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate readiness activities, implementation checklists, and onboarding processes with external technology partners and hotel teams.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and execution efforts throughout all phases of system migration and deployment.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to facilitate status meetings, stakeholder communications, and implementation planning sessions.
  • Track project milestones, action items, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination between internal departments, hotel operations teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Monitor vendor timelines, responses, and technical requirements to maintain project momentum.
  • Escalate questions and issues to the appropriate technical or business teams for resolution.
  • Assist with change management initiatives by supporting communication, training readiness, and adoption efforts.
  • Develop and maintain implementation documentation, process guides, and operational checklists.
  • Provide ongoing support before, during, and after deployment activities to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple time zones and regions to support global project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating technology implementation, system migration, or enterprise software deployment projects.
  • Strong project tracking, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and operational stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Comfortable supporting global initiatives that may require flexibility in working hours.
  • Experience within hospitality, property management systems, SaaS implementations, or enterprise technology projects is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with change management principles and stakeholder engagement best practices.
