Role Overview

A high-growth consumer brand in the beauty/wellness space is seeking a highly hands-on Brand & Growth Marketing Manager to help execute and scale marketing initiatives across influencer, CRM, digital, partnerships, launches, and retail marketing.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to drive execution across multiple marketing channels. The right candidate is equal parts creative thinker, organized operator, and growth-minded marketer who can take ideas and turn them into action quickly. This person will work closely with founders and senior marketing leadership to bring campaigns, launches, and growth initiatives to life.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Campaign Execution

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns tied to product launches, retail moments, partnerships, and seasonal activations
  • Turn high-level strategy into actionable timelines, deliverables, and execution plans
  • Coordinate deliverables across creative, influencer, email, paid, social, and retail channels
  • Own day-to-day project execution to ensure initiatives move quickly and efficiently

Influencer & Affiliate Marketing

  • Build and manage creator, ambassador, and affiliate programs
  • Identify and activate creators aligned with the brand's target customer
  • Coordinate gifting, creator outreach, affiliate onboarding, and campaign tracking
  • Support scalable influencer and community-driven growth initiatives

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Execute and optimize email and SMS marketing initiatives through Klaviyo
  • Improve customer flows, segmentation, retention, and engagement programs
  • Support campaigns designed to increase repeat purchase and customer lifetime value

Growth & Digital Marketing

  • Support execution across Shopify, paid media, affiliate, and retail channels
  • Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and external partners to keep projects on track
  • Assist with website updates, landing pages, promotional assets, and conversion-focused initiatives
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities

Retail Launch Support

  • Support execution tied to major retail launches and key growth moments
  • Coordinate sampling, creator campaigns, launch initiatives, and marketing assets
  • Help ensure launches remain organized, on-brand, and on schedule

Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Build timelines and manage marketing deliverables across multiple initiatives
  • Partner closely with founders, agencies, freelancers, and external partners
  • Help create structure and organization within a fast-moving startup environment

Ideal Background

  • 3 years of experience in brand, growth, influencer, or integrated marketing within consumer brands
  • Experience within startup or high-growth beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands
  • Strong project management and execution skills
  • Experience with influencer marketing, CRM/lifecycle marketing, and digital marketing
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, affiliate platforms, and modern marketing tools
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and operating independently
  • Beauty, skincare, wellness, fashion, or lifestyle brand experience preferred
