  • Own project timelines, budgets, deliverables, forecasting, and execution across multiple client accounts and brands
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned shopper marketing clients and provide proactive strategic recommendations
  • Partner with retailers, vendors, merchandising partners, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Build shopper marketing calendars, retailer activation plans, and promotional roadmaps
  • Manage vendor relationships, program logistics, and retailer submission deadlines
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver post-program recaps with actionable insights
  • Support both strategic planning and hands-on execution within a fast-paced, high-growth agency environment

Candidate Profile

  • 2+ years of shopper marketing, trade marketing, customer marketing, or shopper agency experience within CPG
  • Experience across grocery, mass, club, natural, and regional retail channels
  • Hands-on experience executing shopper marketing programs including in-store activations, merchandising, sampling, and retailer programs
  • Strong organizational, communication, project management, and client-facing skills
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Agency experience strongly preferred, particularly within shopper marketing
  • Emerging or mid-market CPG experience preferred, especially within better-for-you or natural brands
  • Adaptable, collaborative, low ego, gritty, and eager to learn
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and shopper insights
  • Senior-level candidates should demonstrate stronger client leadership, presentation skills, and experience managing larger, more complex accounts
