The Opportunity

We're seeking a Senior Recruiting Manager focused on business development and client growth. This individual will lead new-business generation efforts within contract staffing services, and partner closely with delivery recruiters to ensure successful placements. You'll act as a market-facing ambassador of Frederick Fox---building trust with CFOs, Controllers, HR leaders, and Technology executives seeking flexible workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition across Accounting, Finance, and Technology verticals for direct hire, contract, and temp-to-hire staffing.
  • Develop and execute a personal business-development strategy leveraging internal tools ( Loxo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn).
  • Build long-term relationships with CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, HR leaders, and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
  • Partner with recruiting and operations teams to deliver high-quality talent solutions aligned with client requirements.
  • Negotiate client agreements, rates, and terms in collaboration with leadership.
  • Track and report KPIs related to business development, client satisfaction, and gross margin performance.
  • Represent Frederick Fox in industry networking events, online communities, and thought-leadership initiatives.
  • Mentor junior recruiters on client-engagement best practices and effective BD outreach.

What Success Looks Like

  • You build a recurring book of business within your first 6--9 months.
  • Clients view you as a trusted advisor who helps them scale efficiently through contract talent.
  • You collaborate seamlessly with recruiters, operations, and marketing to create repeatable client wins.
  • Your activity pipeline and placements consistently exceed quarterly revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in full-desk recruiting in an agency setting (Accounting, Finance, or Technology focus strongly preferred).
  • Proven record of new-business development and client retention in a staffing environment.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a remote, performance-driven culture.
  • Experience using modern CRM and automation tools (Loxo, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to balance individual accountability and team collaboration.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Frederick Fox offers a dramatic share of Gross Margin; 70% commissions
  • 80% commissions on any direct hire placements
