Role Description
The Head of Growth (Co-Founder) will own the end-to-end growth strategy, from experimentation and analytics to execution across the entire customer lifecycle.
In this remote role, you will design and run growth experiments, optimize funnels from awareness to activation, and scale user acquisition channels for founders and startup teams.
You will partner closely with product, engineering, and leadership to identify high-impact opportunities, refine positioning, and build data-driven growth roadmaps.
Day to day, you will oversee growth marketing campaigns, develop and manage performance metrics, collaborate on sales and business development motions, and systematize repeatable playbooks for sustainable, scalable growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking to design, test, and scale data-driven experiments and campaigns.
- Proven experience in Customer Acquisition, including building and optimizing multi-channel funnels and performance marketing efforts.
- Effective Sales abilities to support converting high-intent leads, refine messaging, and collaborate with revenue-focused teams.
- Business Development experience to build strategic partnerships, distribution channels, and ecosystem relationships that drive growth.
- Comfort working with analytics tools, defining KPIs, and using data to inform decisions and prioritize initiatives.
- Experience in SaaS or startup environments; familiarity with AI or founder tools is a strong plus.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, ambiguous environment, with strong ownership and collaborative communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience preferred, but not required.
Compensation
This role is compensated through a combination of equity ownership and recurring revenue share—not salary.
The right candidate will have the opportunity to earn a meaningful ownership position in FundingPath.ai while participating directly in the recurring revenue generated through the growth engine they build.
This is intended for entrepreneurial operators who want co-founder-level upside and are excited to help build a venture-scale company from the ground up.
