Remote Travel Advisor

Overview

Gates Legacy Group is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Travel Advisors. In this role, you will assist clients with planning vacations, cruises, group trips, and other travel experiences while providing excellent customer service and personalized support.

This is a remote opportunity offering flexible scheduling, training, and growth opportunities for individuals passionate about travel and helping others create memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and trip goals
• Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Assist clients with booking hotels, cruises, flights, vacation packages, and excursions
• Maintain communication with clients before, during, and after travel
• Provide accurate information regarding travel requirements and itineraries
• Stay informed on travel trends, supplier promotions, and destination updates
• Maintain organized records of bookings and client interactions
• Deliver professional customer service while building long-term client relationships

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, hospitality, sales, or travel experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer and internet navigation skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• High-speed internet access and a reliable workspace
• Passion for travel and helping clients plan memorable experiences
