  • Manage installation, modification, and disconnect orders for 911 DS1/DS0 and SIP circuits supporting deployments, rehomes, upgrades, and maintenance
  • Monitor network utilization, identify capacity needs, and initiate timely actions to ensure uninterrupted service
  • Forecast network requirements and deliver solutions that support cost savings, revenue goals, and long‑term network stability
  • Collaborate with PSAPs, LECs, and NG911 partners to support education, outreach, and compliance reporting
  • Ensure all network changes maintain the highest level of reliability and meet regulatory and operational standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, recommending enhancements, and helping implement streamlined workflows
  • Maintain strong relationships within the 911 community through proactive communication and support

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands‑on experience with TDM and SIP circuit planning, installation, and modification
  • Ability to interpret complex network diagrams and design diverse, resilient routing solutions
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous or evolving situations
  • Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non‑technical teams
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cost‑effective solutions and support strategic network planning initiatives
