Job Description Summary
The Business Transformation & Operations Leader executes Lean initiatives across the Software and Controls Solutions (SCS) business. You will work with the SCS Business Operations Leader and the leadership team to establish and execute a Lean Roadmap, utilizing Hoshin Kanri strategic objectives, KPIs, and TTIs to deliver consistent SQDC results.
What You'll Do
- Lead a global team of lean and quality experts to create and execute the Lean Roadmap, ensuring SQDC priorities are met through kaizen events, MORs, and Daily Management.
- Shape and operationalize the continuous improvement vision for the SCS business line.
- Translate vision into actionable goals and strategies for cross-functional transformation.
- Assess current baselines and identify processes for improvement using Lean methodologies.
- Partner with leaders to optimize the monthly operating rhythm (MOR) to drive measurable improvements.
- Coach and mentor the deployment of the full Lean operating system, including VSMs, PSRs, Standard Work, and Daily Management.
- Lead Value Stream Mapping sessions to eliminate waste, simplify processes, and reduce lead times.
- Collaborate as "One Team" to align and prioritize critical business efforts.
- Deliver sustainable year-over-year results on key KPIs.
- Drive the maturity of the Lean Operation Method for SCS.
- Execute Sustainable Productivity Hoshin Kanri objectives.
- Plan and lead CEO, S&Q Kaizen Weeks, and Hoshin Week within SCS.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in science, engineering, IT, or equivalent with at least 10 years of experience in Lean, Quality, Continuous Improvement, or Business Management/Operations (or high school diploma/GED with 15+ years of experience).
- 10+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales, Project Execution, Services, Manufacturing, or Business Management.
- 5+ years of team leadership experience.
Desired Characteristics
- Expert Lean practitioner experienced in facilitating kaizen events and coaching core tools (Daily Management, Problem Solving, VSM, Standard Work).
- Experience leading Lean deployment for multiple sites or a global organization.
- Strong influencing skills, high say-do ratio, and proven track record of delivering business KPIs.
- Ability to listen, learn, act, and scale.
- Proven change driver capable of executing in complex, diverse, and global cross-functional teams.
- Highly collaborative with effective communication skills and a "One Team" mindset.
- Strong project management and program leadership capabilities.

- Salary Range: $142,200.00 - $237,100.00 (plus geographic differential and discretionary bonus).
