IT Project Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Test Manager for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ, Newark, DE or Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

As the single point of contact, this role leads testing for large or multiple small to medium scale projects within the consumer technology division. The Project Test Manager is a core team member working directly with Technology, Business, and QA Leads to develop and drive the testing strategy, manage all testing efforts, and ensure production readiness. This position requires a hybrid work schedule of at least three days per week onsite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive testing strategy.
• Manage all testing efforts to ensure Production Readiness.
• Accountable for and participates in all phases of testing deliverables (planning, data, testing goals, script creation, script execution, traceability, defect management, implementation support).
• Ensure project adherence to all Enterprise Testing Standards.
• Communicate regularly with Senior Leaders via project meetings and status reports.

Requirements

• 5 years of Project Test Management or related experience on large scale efforts.
• Ability to create a Test Strategy across multiple platforms and applications.
• System Development Lifecycle knowledge (Agile and Waterfall).
• Expertise with Agile tools (Jira, Q-Test, ALM/OCTANE).
• Proven leadership ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
• Experience in Software Testing including Development, Unit, SIT, UAT/BAT, End-to-End, and PPV.
• Project management (PMP) and Enterprise Testing Standards knowledge or PMO background.

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of consumer banking or wealth management applications or lines of business.
• Program management and leadership experience.

Compensation and Employment

• Pay range: $52.10 - $60.10 per hour.
