Lead Technical Analyst - Remote

Genesis10 is seeking a Lead Technical Analyst for a 6-month remote contract with a renowned healthcare organization in Rochester, MN. This role focuses on Access Technologies and Systems (ATS) operations and projects, ensuring alignment with the client's access strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direction, coaching, training, and mentorship to team members.
• Develop the business analysis approach.
• Utilize a data-driven approach to support business objectives.
• Ensure solutions meet stated requirements and business goals.
• Maintain expert technical knowledge of patient access or staff scheduling software (e.g., Cadence, MyChart, Radiant, Cupid).
• Demonstrate expert understanding of the enterprise business environment and ATS impact.
• Act as an expert liaison between clinical, business, and technical areas.
• Work independently and escalate complex issues.
• Assume team leadership responsibilities.
• Coach others in technical areas of expertise.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 9 years of related experience OR Master's degree and 7 years of related experience.
• Experience with application implementation, optimization, data analysis, and process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma).
• OR Experience with clinic operations in a large healthcare institution.
• Strong understanding of enterprise business environments and patient access systems.
• Cadence/Epic certification.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Agile product development methodologies.

Compensation:

• $90.00 - $105.00 per hour (W2)
