Role
We are now looking for a Business Development Manager (DACH Region) to join our team remotely.
Work model: 100% remote
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed Western European market targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Track market and competitor trends to optimize sales plans.
- Provide sales reports, forecasts and KPIs to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering and support teams to ensure project delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to boost brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluent in German & English (written + spoken).
- Knowledge of transformer products is preferred.
- Have sales experience in energy sector or data center industry.
- Fresh graduates are welcome with engineering-related degree
Package
- Base salary: €6,000 -- €8,000 / month
- Annual bonus: 0--3 months' salary
