🚀 Sales Development Representative (SDR) | Remote | $50,000-$55,000 Base + Bonuses

Are you competitive, coachable, and looking to build a long-term career in sales?

We're seeking two Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join a growing team helping organizations improve employee engagement, recognition, and rewards. This is an opportunity to learn directly from experienced founders, develop world-class sales skills, and grow into an Account Executive role.

We're particularly interested in former athletes and candidates who thrive in goal-oriented environments where effort, discipline, and resilience are rewarded.

What You'll Do

  • Prospect and engage potential customers through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities
  • Schedule meetings for senior sales team members
  • Build relationships with HR leaders, business owners, and decision-makers
  • Maintain CRM records and activity tracking
  • Learn consultative sales techniques and modern prospecting strategies
  • Consistently achieve activity and performance goals

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of sales, business development, recruiting, customer success, account management, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Former collegiate athletes strongly encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Competitive, resilient, and highly coachable
  • Comfortable speaking with new people every day
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Interest in building a long-term career in sales

Preferred Backgrounds

  • NCAA Athletes (D1, D2, D3)
  • Team Captains or Student Leaders
  • SDR/BDR experience
  • Customer Success or Account Management experience
  • Recruiting or Staffing experience
  • Hospitality, Membership, or Relationship-Based Sales
  • Candidates with 1.5-2 years of tenure at a single employer
