Your Mission
You will be instrumental in nurturing and supporting extended sales cycles, demonstrating our platform's capabilities to diverse stakeholders. As a close ally to our Account Executives, you will act as GitGuardian's technical voice and product expert, facilitating complex relationships.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives during the pre-sales phase to help close deals.
- Provide support for Proofs of Concept (PoCs), conduct technical product demonstrations, and address customer concerns.
- Generate pipeline by performing secrets analysis.
- Architect and build custom workflows to showcase product value and integration within prospective customers' environments.
- Address Tier 1 support needs for existing Enterprise customers post-sales.
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to develop technical collateral that enhances understanding of our solutions and market needs.
Who You Are
- Experience: 4-7+ years as a Technical Sales Engineer in Cybersecurity, DevOps, or DevSecOps. This is essential.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of the modern SDLC, microservices vs. monolithic architecture, and CI/CD principles. You must be comfortable discussing these topics with technical teams regarding their daily workflows.
- Sales Acumen: Proven experience navigating complex sales cycles within large Enterprise environments.
- Project Management: Well-developed project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various internal and external teams (multi-threading).
- Personality: Customer-facing and sales-oriented.
- Language: Spanish and/or Portuguese speaking skills are a plus.

- Video Call with Talent Acquisition: To discuss your professional background and assess mutual fit.
- Team Interview: Meet the team and/or your future manager to discuss your experience and learn more about the team.
- Business Case: A take-home assignment to evaluate your skills and suitability for the role.
- Final Interview with the CEO: Discuss the company's vision and future ambitions.

Salary Range: $165,000 - $190,000 per year. Actual compensation depends on factors like location, experience, and skills. This range is for base pay; additional compensation may include commissions, equity, and benefits.
