AGENTIC AI ENGINEER

We are seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design and implement custom AI solutions using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and others. This is a long-term contract opportunity with Fortune 500 clients across the US.

Responsibilities

• Architecting goal-oriented, multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.
• Integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, and external APIs/tools into end-to-end agent systems.
• Build prompt templates, memory/state management, and reusable workflow components.
• Implement short-term (context window) and long-term (Vector DB) memory systems.
• Develop and tune control loops such as ReAct, Chain of Thought, and self-reflection mechanisms.
• Own testing and debugging for multi-agent systems, including tracing, evals, and regression testing across workflows.
• Build guardrails and approval gates to prevent autonomous actions.

Required Skills

• Programming: Python (Must), Go.
• AI Frameworks: Exposure to MCP, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen.
• Infrastructure: Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud AI services.
