Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect with extensive experience in IT services or product-based companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integration, data security, and leadership skills. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively in a night shift environment.

Location: Remote (Night Shift)

Salary: Up to 20 LPA

Experience: Minimum 7 years

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Lead integration efforts between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity.
• Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Conduct system architecture reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to drive innovation in solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce products and services, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proven experience in integration techniques, APIs, and data security practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Architect, Salesforce Certified Developer) are preferred.
• Experience working in a remote and night shift environment.
