Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Growth Executive who is eager to take ownership early and is comfortable building from the ground up. This role is designed for someone who cares more about growth, learning, and trajectory than short-term compensation. You will be judged purely on output, and your ability to execute will directly impact your career trajectory.

This is an execution-first role with real decision-making authority, exposure to leadership, and a clear path to owning a team as the brand scales. You will not be "just posting content." Instead, you will be building systems, setting direction, and raising the execution bar.

Location: Bengaluru

Salary: ₹40,000 per month (initial)

Review: Performance review at 90 days with clear growth path

What You'll Own (Day 1)

  • Corporate social media accounts: Manage content, consistency, and quality.
  • Content ideation, scripting, and execution: Create engaging content tailored to our audience.
  • Creative direction: Define what gets posted and why, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
  • Use of AI tools for:
    • Content ideas
    • Hooks, captions, scripts
    • Performance analysis and iteration
  • Collaboration: Work with internal designers/editors to enhance output quality.
  • Templates and guidelines: Create simple templates and guidelines for franchise partners.

You will be hands-on in the first phase. Strategy without execution is not acceptable.

What You Will Not Do

  • You will NOT run paid ads.
  • You will NOT be forced to be on camera.
  • You will NOT be micromanaged.
  • You will NOT wait months to be trusted.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • Noticeable improvement in content quality and consistency.
  • Faster execution and turnaround times.
  • Clear creative direction, even if imperfect.
  • Smarter use of AI in daily workflows.
  • Early signs of engagement and audience growth.

If execution is slow, this role will not continue.

Ideal Background (Flexible, Not Rigid)

  • 1-3 years of hands-on social media or content execution experience.
  • Agency, startup, freelance, or early-stage brand experience.
  • Experience building or managing personal pages (even small ones).
  • Comfortable working in chaotic environments.
  • Curious, fast learner with a high ownership mindset.

Formal degrees matter less than proof of execution.

This role is designed to grow with the company. As we scale:

  • Compensation will increase meaningfully with performance.
