Job description

Who we are:

Go Offer is an AI-native company founded in the US by alumni from Google, Yandex, TikTok, and YCombinator. We process thousands of job listings daily, track client outcomes across hundreds of job searches, and make product decisions based on data --- not gut feelings. Analytics is how we know what's working and where to push next.

What you'll do:

  • Own the end-to-end online purchase experience --- from landing page to checkout to post-purchase flow
  • Optimize conversion rates across pricing pages, payment flows, and upsell touchpoints
  • Manage and improve integrations with payment providers, subscription tools, and financing partners
  • Run experiments on pricing, packaging, and purchase flow to find what converts best
  • Work with marketing and product to align the buying experience with how clients actually make decisions

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years of e-commerce management experience, ideally for a service or subscription product
  • Is data-driven about conversion --- you know your funnel metrics and use them to prioritize
  • Has managed payment integrations and understands the operational side of online transactions
  • Can work across marketing, product, and engineering to ship improvements quickly
  • Thinks about the customer journey holistically --- not just the checkout button

Nice to have:

  • Experience with financing or BNPL integrations (Stripe, Klarna, Affirm, or similar)
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and conversion optimization methodology
  • Background selling high-ticket services or education products online

What we offer:

  • Fixed salary with annual Performance Review
  • Work from anywhere, flexible schedule focused on results
  • Personal AI tools budget, access to courses and mentorship
  • A product that genuinely changes people's lives
  • A team from Google, Yandex, Avito, Skyeng, and YCombinator
