Job description

Who we are:

Go Offer is an AI-native company founded in the US by alumni from Google, Yandex, TikTok, and YCombinator. We process thousands of job listings daily, track client outcomes across hundreds of job searches, and make product decisions based on data --- not gut feelings. Analytics is how we know what's working and where to push next.

What you'll do:

  • Plan and execute online and in-person events --- webinars, workshops, info sessions, and client meetups
  • Own the full event lifecycle: concept, promotion, logistics, delivery, and follow-up
  • Work with marketing to drive registrations and with coaches to make the content land
  • Build repeatable event formats and templates that scale without requiring heroic effort each time
  • Track event performance --- attendance, engagement, conversion --- and improve based on what the data shows

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years of events management experience, with a focus on online or hybrid formats
  • Is highly organized and stays calm when things go sideways --- and they always go sideways
  • Can manage multiple events in parallel without dropping details
  • Is a strong communicator and natural coordinator across teams and vendors
  • Thinks about events as a funnel --- you care about what happens after the event, not just during it

Nice to have:

  • Experience running high-volume webinar programs (50+ events per year)
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms --- Zoom, Demio, Hopin, or similar
  • Background in edtech, career services, or B2C education

What we offer:

  • Fixed salary with annual Performance Review
  • Work from anywhere, flexible schedule focused on results
  • Personal AI tools budget, access to courses and mentorship
  • A product that genuinely changes people's lives
  • A team from Google, Yandex, Avito, Skyeng, and YCombinator
