Real Estate Project Manager

What you'll do:

• Serve as a subject matter expert for clients targeting project management roles in real estate and construction
• Review and optimize resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and portfolios for real estate and development hiring environments
• Coach clients on interview preparation for roles at developers, GCs, REITs, and property management firms
• Analyze the real estate job market --- which firms are hiring, what experience they value, and how requirements vary by asset class
• Help develop Go Offer's coaching resources and frameworks for the real estate client segment

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 4+ years of project management experience in real estate, construction, or development
• Understands the hiring process for project roles at US real estate firms
• Can coach effectively and communicate clearly --- you help others present their experience well
• Is familiar with the full development lifecycle --- from predevelopment through construction and closeout
• Has navigated the US job market in real estate and knows what actually gets people hired

Nice to have:

• Experience with development software --- Procore, Yardi, Argus, or similar
• Background across multiple asset classes --- residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use
• Familiarity with AI tools being adopted in real estate development and project management
