Join our team

At GoDaddy, we empower entrepreneurs and small businesses around the world to succeed online. With more than 20 million customers—most of them first-time or early-stage sellers—we sit at a scale that no pure-play SaaS FinTech can match.

We are seeking a Senior Director Product Manager Growth to lead strategy and execution across lead generation, conversion, merchandising, and AI-powered sales enablement—the full front door of our Commerce platform. You will define the growth motion that compounds across every segment we serve and drive measurable revenue impact by coordinating product, sales, promotional efforts, go-to-market, and engineering partners.

What you'll get to do...

Growth & Product Strategy

  • Own the entire top-of-funnel experience for AI (sales representative for Airo) first products.
  • Drive GPV growth, conversion rate improvement, and sales efficiency through product-led and sales-assisted growth initiatives.
  • Define and own success metrics across the funnel—visitor-to-lead rate, lead-to-close rate, CAC, and revenue contribution.
  • Identify and prioritize the highest-impact growth opportunities across paid acquisition, merchandising, experimentation, and sales enablement.

Experimentation, Intelligence & AI Enablement

  • Build and maintain a rigorous experimentation program: split testing, multivariate tests, and iterative optimization informed by real SMB customer behavior.
  • Treat data and experimentation as infrastructure—own the team's relationship with attribution, CDP, and experimentation platforms (Statsig, Optimizely, or equivalent).
  • Lead development and deployment of advanced capabilities like Airo Sales Agent, prospect ranking, tailored customer interactions, intelligent routing, and workflow automation.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to understand difficulties and translate them into high-impact product solutions.
  • Ensure ML and data capabilities are instrumented, evaluated, and iterated on with the same rigor as any other product surface.

Cross-Functional Orchestration

  • Align Sales, Marketing, GTM, Development, and Technical teams to shared goals, roadmaps, and success metrics.
  • Translate business outcomes into clear product direction and implementation plans.
  • Navigate competing priorities and tradeoffs, balancing near-term revenue goals with long-term platform investments.
  • Act as connective tissue across groups within a matrixed environment.

Team Leadership & Product Excellence

  • Lead and develop a high-performing product organization focused on growth outcomes, experimentation, and rapid learning.
  • Coach leaders and ICs to operate as growth operators.
  • Establish clear priorities in an opportunity-rich, fast-paced environment.
  • Build a culture of data-driven decision-making, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Your experience should include...

  • 10 years of product management experience, with 5 years leading product teams at the Director or Senior Director level.
  • Proven success owning top-of-funnel, growth, or product areas focused on growing conversions (ideally in a sales-assisted or hybrid PLG/sales motion).
  • Hands-on experience with modern experimentation infrastructure (A/B testing platforms, attribution modeling, and CDPs).
  • Direct experience shipping or scaling AI-powered growth tools (lead scoring, personalization engines, automation, or conversational AI) at production scale.
  • Strong experience operating in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
  • Proven success working with and managing complex initiatives within CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
  • Technical fluency with APIs, data platforms, AI/ML capabilities, and architectural tradeoffs.
  • Deeply data-driven outlook.

You might also have...

  • Prior experience in SMB, commerce, or marketplace products.
  • Experience leading product at a company navigating the transition from inside sales to product-led growth.
  • Strong people leadership skills, including hiring, coaching, and developing high-impact product teams.

We encourage you to apply even if your experience or skillset doesn't align perfectly with every requirement.
