GovCIO is currently hiring for a Project Manager to support the Air National Guard (ANG) A6 IT Infrastructure Modernization. This role will oversee day-to-day operations, develop plans for meeting deadlines and reaching milestones, and collaborate with other team managers, stakeholders, and the Government Technical Manager (GTM) to establish efficient team utilization. This position is remote with some travel to Andrews AFB, MD.
Responsibilities
Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects. Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff. Reviews, manages, and controls the status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem-solving with team members and line managers. Reports to a Program Manager.
- Manages the direction of a project through design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives.
- Defines requirements and plans project lifecycle deployment.
- Supervises professional and technical support personnel performing in their regular disciplines.
- Schedules tasks and coordinates with various team members to accomplish the results.
- Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
- Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, analysis, and reporting.

Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
- Clearance Required: Secret
- High School diploma with 6 - 9 years of relevant experience (or commensurate experience).
- Experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Github, MSProject, ServiceNow, Asana, SharePoint).
- Experience leading UX design teams.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, MS TEAMS, workflows, and workflow management.
- Experience within a SAFe/Agile environment.
- Certified Scrum Master.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified (highly preferred).
- Experience with DoW networks (SIPR, NIPR, JWICS).

Posted Salary Range: USD $110,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
