Overview
GovCIO is currently hiring for a Senior Project Coordinator with an active Secret clearance to provide programmatic, operational, and administrative support for a federal IT contract. This position will be located in Arlington, VA and will be a fully remote position within the United States.
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for facilitating PMO operations and staffing, supporting contract and subcontractor management, ensuring the timely delivery of government-required deliverables, and maintaining strong communication channels across internal teams and government stakeholders.
- Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support across all aspects of contract and subcontractor management.
- Supports PMO leadership in maintaining compliance with contract requirements, deliverable schedules, staffing needs, and program performance metrics.
- Leads weekly staffing meetings; documents decisions, tracks action items, and drives accountability for follow-through.
- Coordinates program recruitment activities in partnership with corporate recruiting, hiring managers, and PMO leadership to ensure timely onboarding of personnel.
- Coordinates the creation, review, tracking, and submission of key government deliverables, including Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), meeting minutes, briefing materials, and Trip Reports.
- Ensures documentation quality, accuracy, and compliance with government format, content, and submission requirements.
- Maintains accurate program data within ServiceNow, ensuring data integrity and supporting operational decision-making.
- Manages and optimizes SharePoint environments, ensuring logical organization, access control, and version management.
- Designs graphics, layouts, and communication products to support PMO reporting, briefings, and internal communications, including employee newsletters and slide decks for All Hands meetings.
- Collaborates with technical and functional teams to gather accurate data for deliverable content, communication campaigns, and program updates.
- Supports data calls and requests from government oversight teams and corporate leadership.
- Helps maintain alignment across cross-functional IT teams by consolidating information, tracking tasking, and ensuring timely dissemination of updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's with 8 years project coordination (or commensurate experience)
- Clearance Required: Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and hold DEA suitability
Posted Salary Range
USD $118,000.00 - USD $118,000.00 /Yr.
