Position Overview

GP Strategies Government Solutions has an immediate opening for a full-time, remote Training Administrator/Class Coordinator. This benefitted position operates on a business schedule of 6am-4:30pm CST, Monday through Thursday.

Job Summary

The Training Administrator/Class Coordinator will provide essential Learning Management System (LMS) administrative support to our Aero client. Key responsibilities include:

  • Class scheduling
  • Generating various LMS reports
  • Managing data quality processes, such as class closure
  • Responding to customer inquiries via Service Central Tickets and email
  • Performing other LMS-related duties as assigned by team leads

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in administration or training coordination; LMS experience preferred.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, graphs, and tables.
  • Experience with the back end of Learning Management Systems (LMS) for administrative tasks; SuccessFactors LMS experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with standard LMS concepts, practices, and procedures in a training administrative environment.
  • Experience with LMS-based training administration, including report generation, course/curriculum management, and metadata modification.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of tasks with accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a complex, changing environment, working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure a positive customer experience.

General Physical Requirements (Remote)

  • Sedentary Work: Primarily involves sitting, with occasional exertion of up to 10 pounds of force for moving objects.
  • Typing and Communication: Repetitive motions involved in typing and communicating.
  • Visual Acuity: Close visual acuity required for data analysis, computer monitor use, and reading. Virtual presentation screen viewing may also be necessary.
  • Environment: Primarily an indoor environment with protection from weather elements.
