Job Overview

You'll be joining our Mitratech HR Solutions Engineering team, working on an AI-First SaaS Learning Management Solution. We focus on delivering high-quality, well-tested, secure, and scalable software. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Development: Author code for product features using Python and React.
• System Design: Break down high-level product goals into well-defined, modular engineering tasks.
• Code Review: Conduct in-depth reviews of human and AI-generated code, ensuring quality, security, and scalability.
• Architectural Oversight: Ensure designs adhere to architectural decisions with a focus on modularity and bounded contexts.
• AI-Integrated Lifecycle: Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines incorporating AI agents, automated testing, and intelligent code reviews.
• Prompt Engineering: Design and test structured instructions to drive accurate output from AI agents.
• Documentation: Contribute to domain models and technical documentation to support AI performance.
• Operations: Serve in an on-call rotation and respond to production issues.
• Collaboration: Mentor teammates, foster an excellent engineering culture, and provide constructive, empathetic feedback.
• Security: Write secure code, avoiding OWASP vulnerabilities.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Engineering, Data Science, CS, or IS preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience developing SaaS applications.
• Experience with building applications via AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Devin.ai, or Codex).
• Relevant experience in our stack: Python, React, and AWS.

Compensation & Benefits

• Anticipated Pay Range: $130,000 -- $165,000 Annually USD
• Total compensation includes US employee benefits and annual bonus eligibility.
