Role Overview

We are looking for a Software Developer who can help with developing scripts and tools to support our digital advertising, product, and supply chain teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis and coding skills. You will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of internal software systems, tools, and applications.

Hybrid Remote

Reli. is headquartered in Cerritos. We are Hybrid Remote. Our work-from-home days are on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Our in-office days are on Tuesdays and Thursdays to facilitate team bonding and collaboration.

Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain complex Python scripts to support large-scale processes in digital advertising, supply chain management, and product launches.
• Create modular, reusable codebases that improve efficiency and scalability.
• Participate in the design and architecture of new systems and solutions, contributing to discussions on best practices and technical strategies.
• Perform advanced data analysis to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights, supporting team strategies for customer acquisition, advertising performance, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with digital advertising, product, and supply chain teams to identify and pursue opportunities for optimization.
• Take ownership of projects from scoping to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder requirements.
• Devise strategies to support marketing and advertising initiatives for driving growth/customer acquisition.
• Provide feedback to Junior Software Developers (JSDs) on code reviews, share best practices, and support technical growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related discipline (mathematics, physics, engineering).
• 3 years of coding experience working on a team of developers.
• Proficiency in Python, with a strong understanding of libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SQL for data processing.
• Interest in eCommerce and digital advertising.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Resourceful, independent, and a problem solver.
• Feedback-oriented with a willingness to learn and incorporate constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication skills with a willingness to ask questions and work in a team.
