SAP Solution Architect & Delivery Lead, Public Cloud

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect & Delivery Lead to drive the design, implementation, and delivery of SAP-based enterprise transformation programs with a strong focus on Professional Services industry and Public Cloud ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep SAP functional and technical expertise with program delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and cloud transformation experience.

This role will lead end-to-end SAP solution architecture across business process domains while ensuring successful project execution, governance, and alignment with client business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design for SAP transformations using SAP S/4HANA Cloud and related SAP products.
• Design scalable, secure, and integrated business solutions for professional services organizations.
• Define target-state business processes, system landscapes, integration models, and data strategies.
• Provide architectural guidance across Finance, Professional Services Automation (PSA), Project Systems, Procurement, Revenue Recognition, Resource Management, and Service Delivery processes.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and technical teams to align SAP capabilities with business strategy.

Delivery Leadership

• Lead large-scale SAP implementation programs from discovery through hypercare.
• Manage program delivery governance, project plans, risks, dependencies, scope, and quality assurance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business outcomes.
• Drive Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate global onsite/offshore delivery teams including functional consultants, developers, integration specialists, and testing teams.

Professional Services Industry Focus

• Advise clients on industry best practices for professional services operations including:
  • Project accounting
  • Time and expense management
  • Resource utilization
  • Revenue forecasting
  • Subscription and services billing
  • Customer engagement lifecycle
• Support business process optimization and digital transformation initiatives for consulting, IT services, engineering services, or managed services organizations.

Public Cloud Transformation

• Lead cloud-first ERP transformation strategies leveraging SAP public cloud offerings.
• Drive fit-to-standard workshops and adoption of SAP best practices.
• Ensure integration with cloud platforms, third-party SaaS solutions, and enterprise applications.
• Support cloud migration, change management, and organizational readiness activities.
• Advise clients on SAP roadmap, release management, and innovation adoption.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and client leadership teams.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive presentations.
• Translate business requirements into strategic technology solutions.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and client organizations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10 years of SAP consulting and delivery experience.
• 5 years in SAP solution architecture or delivery leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, especially Public Cloud deployments.
• Experience delivering SAP programs for professional services organizations.
• Deep understanding of SAP modules such as:
  • Finance
  • Professional Services
  • Procurement
  • Concur & Replicon
  • Dayshape
  • SAP BTP integrations
  • SAP Joule
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture, APIs, middleware, and cloud ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Big 4 is a must.
• SAP certifications in SAP S/4HANA Cloud or Solution Architecture.
• Experience with AI is must.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology, SAP BTP, SAP Public Cloud.
• Experience in Globalization of the SAP ERP platform.
