We're growing quickly and are looking for a Client Success Manager who can help us deliver an exceptional client experience while driving retention, account growth, and long-term client success.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with business owners, solving problems, building relationships, and taking ownership of outcomes.

What You'll Do

As a Client Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients and be responsible for ensuring they receive an outstanding experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading client onboarding calls
  • Building strong relationships with business owners
  • Running bi-weekly client strategy and performance calls
  • Managing day-to-day client communication
  • Coordinating with internal creative and operations teams
  • Reviewing videos and creative assets before delivery
  • Ensuring campaigns, content, and deliverables stay on track
  • Identifying and resolving client concerns proactively
  • Maintaining CRM records and client notes
  • Following internal systems and SOPs
  • Identifying opportunities for account expansion and growth

Compensation & Growth

Compensation includes:

  • $65,000 annual base salary
  • Monthly performance compensation
  • Expansion commissions
  • Client referral bonuses
  • Additional incentives tied to client growth and retention
  • Uncapped earning potential
  • Expected first-year earnings for strong performers are between $90,000 and $110,000, with additional upside available based on performance.
