Junior Client Success Manager (Remote)
Gravitate Digital helps home service businesses grow profitably through Meta ads and automated lead generation systems. We're hiring a Junior CSM to own client relationships and help drive real results --- this is an active, high-ownership role, not a passive account manager seat.
What you'll own:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients (bi-weekly Zoom calls, Slack, email)
- Monitor Meta ad performance (CPL, lead volume, quality) and coordinate with internal media buyers and editors
- Review client video content and ensure creative is on-brief
- Manage lead flow and automations inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Identify retention risks, upsell opportunities, and expansion markets
You're a fit if you're:
