Position Overview

Green Key Resources is seeking an experienced agency recruitment professional to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for a successful 360 recruiter, team lead, or billing manager who wants to continue producing while also helping build and scale our professional services division in Texas, Illinois, Ohio, Florida, or the Carolinas.

This role combines business development, account management, and recruiting, offering the opportunity to make an immediate impact while helping shape the future growth of the office.

Green Key is an established national staffing firm with specialized practices across Finance & Accounting, AEC, Technology, Professional Services, Legal, and Life Sciences. While experience in these sectors is preferred, we are open to recruiters from various agency backgrounds.

The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, financially motivated, and excited by the opportunity to influence growth strategy while maintaining a successful desk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow client accounts through consistent communication, exceptional service, and long-term relationship building.
  • Drive business development efforts through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and market mapping.
  • Recruit, source, and qualify top talent for client opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines utilizing ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
  • Evaluate specialized skill sets and match candidates to client hiring needs.
  • Develop creative strategies to engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on hiring trends, talent availability, compensation, and workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with leadership on office growth initiatives, recruiting strategy, and market expansion opportunities.
  • Continue billing while contributing to the development and long-term success of the division.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8 years of agency recruiting, staffing, sales, or business development experience required (8 years preferred for senior-level consideration).
  • Proven success in a 360 recruiting or client-facing sales environment.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build, grow, and exceed goals.
  • Industry expertise in Professional Services, Finance & Accounting, Technology, AEC, Legal, Life Sciences, or related sectors is a plus.

Location

Fully Remote but ideally located in Texas, Florida, Carolinas, Georgia, Illinois, or Ohio (with onsite offices in NYC, NJ, and DMV).
