About the Area Act in support of project planning, monitoring, and control, contributing to the organization of activities, documentation, communication with stakeholders, and compliance with deadlines, costs, and scope, according to the methodologies and guidelines defined by the Project Management Office (PMO).
Main Activities
- Support in the elaboration and updating of project scope, timelines, and action plans;
- Assist in gathering and organizing functional and technical requirements with the involved areas;
- Support stakeholder mapping and project communication organization;
- Elaborate and maintain project documentation (minutes, status reports, pending lists, risks, and lessons learned), ensuring traceability;
- Update project information in management tools defined by the PMO;
- Support the monitoring of deadlines, costs, risks, and deliverables, signaling deviations to the immediate manager;
- Assist in organizing project meetings, recording decisions and next steps;
- Support the execution of tests, validations, and monitoring of implementations, when applicable;
- Interact with internal areas and suppliers under the guidance of a mid-level/senior analyst or project coordinator;
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in the PMO's project management processes.
We are looking for someone who presents
- Completed or ongoing Higher Education in Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related areas.
- Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - intermediate level;
- Basic knowledge in project management (PMBOK, agile, or hybrid methods - a differential);
- Notions of project management tools (MS Project, Planner, Jira, DevOps, or similar) - desirable.
