Account Executive --- Enterprise SaaS | DEX / EUC / IT Operations

Location: Remote (Western Region --- CA, WA, OR, AZ, NV)

GTM Talent is recruiting on behalf of a high-growth, pre-IPO unicorn in the enterprise software space. We are seeking an Account Executive to join a rapidly growing sales organization focused on helping IT teams improve visibility, performance, and end-user experience across complex enterprise environments. The Opportunity

This role is focused heavily on new business development (approximately 80% hunting). You will be responsible for prospecting, building pipeline, running full sales cycles, and closing new logos across mid-market and enterprise accounts. The role involves selling to IT leadership and technical stakeholders responsible for infrastructure, desktop engineering, and operations, with solutions centered around Digital Employee Experience (DEX), End User Computing (EUC), VDI/virtualization, endpoint management, and modern IT operations platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new business across a designated territory
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Build pipeline through outbound activity, partner relationships, marketing-generated leads
  • Sell into IT, infrastructure, operations, EUC, and desktop engineering teams
  • Position solutions related to DEX, VDI, endpoint management, and IT operations platforms
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans
  • Partner closely with Sales Engineers, Channel Partners, and Customer Success teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within CRM

Top Requirements

  • 3--7 years of B2B SaaS closing experience, ideally selling infrastructure, IT operations, or enterprise software
  • Proven hunter mentality, with a track record of generating pipeline and closing net-new business with clients in the 1K-10K employee space
  • Experience selling into IT organizations , ideally within Digital Employee Experience (DEX), End User Computing (EUC), VDI/virtualization, endpoint management, or related infrastructure technologies

Additional Preferred Experience

  • Background in high-growth SaaS or startup environments
  • Ability to communicate with both technical users and executive buyers
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ownership start-up environment
  • Experience working with channel partners, VARs, MSPs, or cloud marketplaces is a plus
