Gym Academy helps hundreds of gym and studio owners across the country grow their businesses and right now, we're scaling fast. That means a steady stream of fresh video ads, and we're building a roster of local creators to make them.
This is steady, recurring work with real money behind it.
We're not looking for one-off favors. We want creators we can run with week after week. You bring the face and the energy. We handle the strategy, the scripts, and the paychecks.
What You'll Do
We provide the scripts, you bring them to life on camera, then upload the raw footage to a shared folder.
- Film roughly 5-10 ads per week from scripts we provide
- Upload clean raw footage on an agreed schedule
- Show up on camera with energy and authenticity
- Hit weekly deadlines consistently
Who We're Looking For
- Comfortable and natural on camera
- Reliable, self-directed, and good with deadlines
- A decent camera or recent smartphone with good video quality
- Basic lighting and audio know-how is a plus
- Open to all: building a roster of both men and women
Nice to Have
- Prior UGC / on-camera experience
- Your own setup (lighting, mic, tripod)
- Editing skills (bonus, not required)
