We are expanding our team and seeking motivated individuals to help generate and manage audit referrals while representing the Harper Directives brand professionally and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential referral opportunities
• Conduct outreach through networking, email, phone calls, and social platforms
• Educate potential clients about Harper Directives services
• Build and maintain professional relationships
• Track referrals, outreach activity, and client interactions using company systems
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
• Collaborate with leadership on growth and outreach strategies
• Represent Harper Directives professionally in all interactions

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable with outreach and networking
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads and conversations
• Professional communication style
• Sales, referral, customer service, or outreach experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
