Role Overview
Harris Data Integrity Solutions, a division of Harris, is seeking a Regional Sales Representative. This remote role is open to candidates anywhere in the US. You will be responsible for aligning sales activities with Business Unit goals by prospecting, developing, and managing new business to drive revenue.
- Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
- Travel: Required as needed, up to 50%

- Resolving prospective client concerns and inquiries throughout the sales process.
- Planning and managing a sales territory according to an agreed-upon strategy.
- Prioritizing personal sales activities to achieve business aims and manage productivity.
- Attending and presenting at external customer meetings, conferences, tradeshows, and internal company functions.
- Maintaining and developing existing and new customers through ethical sales methods.
- Monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activities.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying healthcare technology/service sales experience, with success developing net new business in hospitals, health systems, IDNs, or ambulatory organizations.
- Experience selling healthcare technology solutions to executive stakeholders (CIOs, CMIOs, HIM leaders, etc.) is preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare facets including hospitals, IDNs, ambulatory, and large group practices.
- Understanding of the importance of patient identification in clinical, financial, and operational systems.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent follow-up skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and managing a consistent pipeline.
- Strong negotiation skills and a focus on revenue and market share enhancement.
- Comfortable presenting software to executives, supervisors, and end users.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
