Overview

Harvey Nash USA is seeking a talented Senior Marketing Specialist for a 6+ month contract with a large benefit corporation and health plan company based in California. This is a remote, execution-focused role requiring a highly organized professional with strong digital marketing, content development, and project management expertise.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Digital Experience & Website Management

  • Support and enhance open enrollment digital experiences through website and microsite maintenance.
  • Upload, update, and manage digital content while ensuring brand compliance and content accuracy.
  • Collaborate with digital strategy teams to optimize member-facing digital experiences.

Marketing Communications & Content Development

  • Develop, edit, and proofread consumer-friendly communications across digital and print channels, including:
    • Email campaigns
    • Microsites
    • Flyers and marketing collateral
    • Presentations and sales support materials
  • Ensure messaging aligns with campaign objectives and brand standards.

Member Acquisition Campaign Execution

  • Support planning and execution of member acquisition campaigns for large employer group clients.
  • Coordinate campaign activities across multiple projects while managing deadlines and budgets.
  • Submit and manage project requests through project management platforms.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) reviews and redlining of creative assets across email, web, and print channels.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.

Campaign Reporting & Analytics

  • Pull and monitor campaign performance metrics across digital channels.
  • Support reporting efforts and campaign performance analysis.
  • Maintain campaign tracking tools, including UTM parameters and campaign identifiers.
  • Assist with documentation, process management, and operational support activities.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including websites, email marketing, and online communications.
  • Strong website content management and editing experience (e.g., WordPress or similar CMS platforms).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience reviewing, editing, and quality-checking marketing assets.
  • Ability to work independently and provide subject matter expertise.
  • Experience leveraging campaign data and analytics to measure performance.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working within Agile or continuous improvement environments.

Nice-to-Have

  • Health insurance, healthcare, or payer industry experience.
  • Digital marketing campaign management experience.
  • Marketing copywriting experience within an agency or corporate brand environment.
  • Experience supporting large employer group or B2B2C marketing programs.
  • Experience with HTML and video editing.
  • Experience developing KPI dashboards and campaign performance reporting.
  • Familiarity with Agile marketing methodologies.

Tools & Education

  • Marketing & Project Management Tools: Adobe Workfront, JIRA, Asana, Wrike.
  • Digital Marketing Tools: CMS (e.g., WordPress), campaign tracking tools (UTM tracking, campaign IDs).
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) is required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Rate: $40 - $42 /hr on W2 (Depending on Experience).
  • Benefits: Includes a 401(k) retirement plan with a 10% company match.
