Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with clients, understanding client needs, and ensuring the delivery of superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with internal teams to implement customized health plans
  • Providing strategic recommendations
  • Identifying opportunities for growth
  • Addressing client inquiries and concerns
  • Participating in presentations
  • Maintaining retention rates
  • Collaborating in developing solutions that align with client goals

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management, client communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to analyze and present data to provide strategic recommendations based on client needs
  • Experience with health plan management, self-funded health plans, or related areas is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in reporting tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Flexibility to work remotely with excellent time management and independent working skills
  • Knowledge of health insurance industry trends and regulatory compliance is a plus
