About the Role

The Summer Associate role is a structured, short-term professional development program designed for high-potential students or early-career candidates. This position provides hands-on experience working on real business challenges across functional areas such as strategy, analytics, operations, finance, product, or consulting.

Summer Associates will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to live projects, and present findings and recommendations to leadership. The program is designed to build analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

This is a fully remote position; however, applicants must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support assigned business teams with ongoing projects and initiatives
  • Conduct research, data analysis, and market or industry assessments
  • Build reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Assist in problem-solving and strategic recommendation development
  • Participate in team meetings, workshops, and program learning sessions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across departments
  • Analyze data to generate insights and support decision-making
  • Present project findings to managers and senior leadership at program conclusion
  • Contribute to process improvement and innovation initiatives
  • Complete assigned deliverables within program timelines

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship, research, or project experience in a corporate or academic setting
  • Familiarity with data analysis or visualization tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI
  • Exposure to consulting, finance, product, or operations environments
  • Experience working on team-based academic or professional projects
  • Strong interest in strategy, analytics, or business leadership
