Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - Remote Telehealth

HealthYes Staffing Network is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Therapist to provide remote telehealth services to adult patients, with a focus on mental health support. This role offers the opportunity to deliver meaningful care through virtual platforms while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those in underserved communities.

This position requires adaptability and strong clinical judgment, as patient needs may vary. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in a remote setting while maintaining consistent communication with care teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments
• Collaborate with care coordinators, medical providers, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with compliance standards
• Participate in virtual team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing training
• Adjust approach based on patient needs and evolving care plans

Qualifications:

• Active licensure as LMFT
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Experience in mental health, or community-based care preferred
• Comfortable providing care in a fully remote / telehealth environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to culturally competent, patient-centered care

Job Details:

• Full-time - 1099 position
• $95,000 -- $110,000 per year
• Remote (Telehealth)
