Wanted: A Scientific Storyteller-in-Chief

Build what clinicians will learn from next. Lead the team that makes it matter.

This is one of the most exciting CME positions I've worked on in a while. Very unique business with not just an exemplary CME business but across the spectrum too, with strong data and comms divisions.

Every day, a clinician somewhere moves a patient from uncertainty to a better outcome because someone made the science clear. They are that someone. They are a long-established, fully accredited medical education organization partnering with the world's pharmaceutical and biotech innovators to translate breakthrough therapies into real clinical understanding. Their learners are HCPs. Their craft is scientific engagement. Their proof is impact.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • The educational strategy for one of their most important specialty portfolios --- not just the plan, but the P&L, the sales quota, the funding pipeline, and the people.

  • Senior relationships with strategic accounts and funders across commercial, governmental, and medical society channels.

  • A team that lives accountability, innovation, and the belief that what they do matters.

WHAT YOU'LL DELIVER

  • Multi-million-dollar annual growth in grant and independent education funding.

  • A clear, evidence-backed go-to-market strategy with 3, 6, 9, and annual forecasts the board can trust.

  • A bench of leaders you've grown, retained, and set up to succeed you.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 10+ years leading senior sales, account management, or independent / grant-funded education teams --- with direct responsibility for $20M+ in funding.

  • 3--5 years developing grants and securing funds across commercial, governmental, and medical society partners.

  • A seasoned change-agent mindset: you identify the opportunity, communicate it upward, and execute without being asked twice.

  • Strong communicator across executive, team, and client audiences.

  • Willingness to travel significantly across the US and internationally.

WHERE YOU'LL WORK

Fully remote, with proximity to a major airport. Travel is part of the job, not a footnote.
