Role Overview
As a licensed remote entry level sales agent, you will work with individuals and families who have requested information about life insurance coverage. Your role is to provide clear guidance, recommend appropriate solutions, and support clients through the enrollment process---all in a virtual setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations via phone and video
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable life insurance products
- Explain coverage options, pricing, and application steps clearly
- Manage applications, follow-ups, and client records using company systems
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and carrier guidelines
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions

Qualifications
- Active Life insurance license (required)
- Prior life insurance sales experience preferred but not required

Compensation & Work Structure
- Independent contractor (1099) position
- Commission-based compensation with no earnings cap
- Vested commissions from day one
