Web and E-commerce Design

  • Oversee the design team in producing landing pages, PDPs, site UX, and conversion-focused work.
  • Partner with the Head of CRO on the on-site testing roadmap and design execution.
  • Partner with the Head of Ecommerce on site merchandising and storefront design.

Creative Operations

  • Oversee the Creative Operations Manager in owning end-to-end pre and post production for photo and video assets.
  • Build SLA frameworks and intake processes for creative requests across all channels.
  • Manage creative team capacity against demand from brand, performance, and ecommerce.
  • Scale internal video and post-production capacity to reduce reliance on external partners.
  • Oversee the medical and expert advisory board program for content credibility, brand placements, and earned media opportunities.

Team Leadership

  • Lead a creative team of approximately 8-10 across brand, performance, web, and operations sub-functions.
  • Direct reports span the Senior Creative Lead, Performance Design Manager, Creative Operations Manager, and design Independent Contributors (ICs).

  • Foster a culture of creative excellence, rigorous thinking, and high-output iteration.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Report to the CMO and operate as the centralized creative authority across all channels.
  • Partner with Copy Director, Director of Product Marketing, Consumer Insights Lead, VP of Brand, and Head of Content on the cross-functional work that drives creative performance.
